How does the task timer work?03
Each task has a play/pause button. The team member starts it when they begin and pauses it when they finish. At the end of the month, you see exactly how many hours were spent per client.
Can I see which clients demand the most work?04
Yes. The profitability dashboard crosses the time spent with the rate you charge. You'll find out who pays well and who is draining your team.
How many people can use it?05
The user limit varies based on the plan you choose. You can check the details on our pricing table or talk to our team to find the best option for your agency.
Can I try it before paying?06
Yes. When you join Clareo, you can try the Founder Plan for 14 days for free.
What happens if I exceed the client limit?07
You will receive a notification to upgrade. Nothing will lock up suddenly.

It is a launch offer. The first customers pay $29/month for the first 24 months, even when the price goes up.

If you are a Founder, you have direct access to the creator of Clareo. No tickets, no bots. You talk directly with the person building the product.
